Privacy at Avrel
Avrel is an early-stage project run by Jamie Green. For questions about your information, contact jamie@getavrel.com.
Pilot enquiries
When you send a pilot enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, and any role or component-search details you choose to provide. We use these to reply, assess whether a pilot is a fit and discuss the product with you. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please avoid sharing confidential designs or sensitive information.
FormSubmit processes and emails your enquiry to jamie@getavrel.com, hosted by Apple iCloud Mail. FormSubmit also provides spam filtering and keeps a submission archive for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for how those providers handle data, including processing outside the UK.
We keep the resulting correspondence while discussing a pilot or maintaining that relationship. You can ask us to remove your enquiry or stop contacting you by emailing the address above.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, pilot-button clicks and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send your name, email, company, role or enquiry text to Analytics. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration.
Analytics is optional. Google’s analytics tag loads only after you allow it. You can reject analytics and still use the form. Your choice is saved in this browser for six months, and can be changed below or through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. If allowed, Google Analytics may set its own analytics cookies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
